Maria previously worked with Kodak as Learning & Development Director for Greater Asia Region. In her nearly ten years experience working with Kodak in learning & development field, she had worked on wide variety of areas at local, regional and worldwide level, which include: global design and rollout of the Kodak Frontline Leadership Excellence System, Talent Development, Coaching and Mentoring, OD and Change Management. Before her MBA study, she worked with one of the China’s largest state-owned diesel engine manufacturing company gained wide exposure to many aspects of business, including joint venture management, turn-key project, IPO, lean manufacturing.
Her certifications include MBTI & MBTI Sept II; Coach U’s Corporate Coaching Program (CCP); Certified PDI trainer for “Leader as Coach” program; Certified DDI “Skill For Empowered Workforce” Leadership Trainer and Certified trainer of “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” of Franklin Covey.
Maria is a 2008 graduate of the International Gestalt Coaching Program (IGCP) at the Cleveland, Ohio-based Gestalt Center for Systems & Organizational Change. This coach training program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Maria received her MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai and her Bachelor of Engineering from Jilin University of Technology. She is taking her Master of Organization and Management Development (OMD) with Fielding Graduate University (2007-2009).
