Lisa J. Koss specializes in supporting global leaders to overcome the challenges and leverage the opportunities of their multinational and culturally diverse organizations around the world.

Consulting and coaching to leaders since 1992, Lisa’s clients range across sectors including manufacturing, business-service organizations, technology and mission-oriented organizations. Her areas of focus include global leadership, team development and organizational change.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Lisa was recently the lead organizational consultant and executive coach (facilitating in Spanish and English) for a 12-month project for a global electronic parts giant. Her results with the team were dramatic, including the elevated satisfaction in 75 percent of 34 surveyed areas, lowered occurrence of quality issues by 50 percent, increased profits by 50%.

The team also earned Best in Class award for Most Improved Quality among 65 worldwide plants and was awarded the Sonora Industry Honor, acknowledging the "Best Place to Work" in Sonora by the Sonora Chamber of Commerce.

She served as president of the Arizona Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) from 2005-2007. During this period the chapter moved from struggling to the number one organization in the country for retention and growth among 27 other chapters. She has since been invited to be part of a task force in setting strategy on a national level.

In addition to extensive travels around the world, Lisa has lived in Mexico, France, Costa Rica, Russia and the United States. She speaks fluent Spanish, French, English and intermediate Russian.


She is a 2008 graduate of the International Gestalt Coaching Program (IGCP) at the Cleveland, Ohio-based Gestalt Center for Systems & Organizational Change. This coach training program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, Lisa has completed their International Organizational Systems and Development Program. She also completed executive education programs at Harvard Law School and at the Thunderbird School of International Management (Ranked #1 International Management School in the U.S. by U.S. News and World Report). Lisa earned her Certified Management Consultant designation – which measures consulting competency and ethical judgment -- through the Institute of Management Consultants USA, awarded to less than 1% of all management consultants in the U.S.
