Our coaching programs are built on trust. They are a collaborative partnership between coach and client. The coach offers non-judgmental guidance, mentoring and support over a six to eighteen-month period, wherein individuals learn how building awareness in their lives drives the transformational change cycle.

No-fault Termination Agreement

Heroic Hearts abides by a no-fault termination agreement for both parties in the event that the relationship proves unsatisfactory to either. If the client is not satisfied with the Heroic Hearts coaching experience within the first 90 days of coaching, the program is discontinued with no penalty.

1. Executive Leadership Coaching

The Heroic Hearts’ signature program, this powerful research-driven model of transformational leadership is tailored for the mid- to senior- level executive preparing for a greater scope of responsibility, or requiring a leap forward in leadership capability.

Coaching engagement focuses on the executive’s leadership agenda in the broadest sense.

Using a series of assessment tools, Heroic Hearts coaches determine the coachee’s unique strengths and areas of growth opportunities. Synthesizing this information with the coachee’s developmental goals, we create a customized package of personal coaching.

Program at Glance

Leadership assessment may include: research-based 360-degree feedback, Emotional Intelligence analysis, Effective Intelligence – a business – based system designed to improve your ability to think, Personality and Style surveys. We also qualify potential candidate’s readiness and suitability for coaching.

        • In-person interviews with peers, manager(s) and direct reports
        • In-person feedback with setting of measurable goals, mutually agreed with coach, coachee and sponsor (client)
        • Monthly coaching sessions at the client’s office, supported by weekly telephone and or on-line contact
        • Typically 12 month engagement, depending on defined need

2. Coaching for Global Leadership


The demands of global business require new ways of managing, viewing the world and understanding the demands of today’s diverse international workplace. This Heroic Hearts signature program supports the development of the global leader. We have identified a unique set of leadership skills to meet global organizational challenges.

We foster an understanding of the individual’s personal world view (usually an American perspective) and reveal how that filters beliefs, values and assumptions about the world. Through understanding his or her own worldview, the leader develops a global mindset and the unique skills required for today’s global and multicultural environment.

Program at a Glance


        • Assessment to recognize the boundaries of thinking and implications for developing a global mindset
        • In-person feedback with setting of measurable goals, mutually agreed with coach, coachee and sponsor (client)
        • Understand the leadership behaviors necessary for Global Leaders
        • Develop a Global Leader Skill set: learn how to think globally
        • Ongoing coaching take place in-person at the client’s office (monthly) if practical, supported by weekly telephone and           or on-line contact
        • 12 month engagement or longer depending on executives need

3. Coaching for Strategic Leaders


Change is often the result of implementing a larger strategic objective that demands the support of other people. Being strategic means that leaders and the organization are informed by and aligned to an agreed “strategy” that is knowledge driven and rooted in a team culture. In this program managers and executives develop a strategic mindset and learn effective leadership techniques to lead organizational change and minimize resistance. This program systematically coaches a cadre of leaders in the foundation for Leading Strategic Change.

4. Coaching for First-Level Leaders


First level leaders are the ones who are most responsible for an organization’s day-to-day relationship with customers and the bulk of employees. They have leadership ability and ambition but are often left on their own and seldom receive training on leadership development. The potential of these managers is largely unfilled.

This program builds the capability of first-level leaders or recently promoted managers who require new behaviors and skills to support their leadership role.

5. Coaching for Performance Development


This program is designed for individuals who have specific personal development goals. Coaching can enhance specific skills used in a current role. For example; decision - making, managing and measuring work, planning and organizing. It can also focus more broadly on improving present job performance. Developing leadership presence, building teams, dealing with conflict, upward feedback and confronting direct reports are prime examples.

6. Coaching for On-Boarding


On-Boarding coaching helps newly promoted or hired executives accelerate their effectiveness and integration into their new roles. We coach new managers for success in the critical first six months in the organization avoiding common pitfalls and limit the risks in the transition process. It is a fact that 40 percent of senior-level external hires fail within 18 months of starting new jobs. Our coaching is tailored to the individual's developmental needs, potential challenges, and cultural fit in the organization.

7. Coaching for Team Development


The promise of this program is to support teams to be more effective and go beyond their current abilities and evolve at an exponentially faster rate in to a high performing team.

At Heroic Hearts we view team development as an ongoing process, not a single event. We recognize that time constraints are a fact of team life. To that end, we offer comprehensive six-month to one-year programs that support the development of the team’s process. These programs use short amounts of time, regularly scheduled over a defined period, and are firmly linked to business results.
